Our aim is your well-being:
The restaurant at “ma maison”.

A French restaurant in Dömitz – that was the vision of Mandy Töllner and Enrico Hagemann when they opened the ma maison in 2018. The landmarked brick building housing the boutique hotel provides the perfect backdrop for this French dream.

Located in the middle of the historic city centre of Dömitz, it couldn’t be more welcoming. The restaurant on the ground floor of the cozy building promises French cuisine using ingredients from selected local suppliers. Influenced by culinary trends from the nearby city of Hamburg, it fuses modern flavours with traditional recipes while staying true to its philosophy. Because one aspect is dear to Mandy Töllner and Enrico Hagemann: the ma maison is a place of leisure. An oasis for those seeking peace and quiet, vacationers and people from the neighbourhood.

At the ma maison, cooking is done with dedication. Fresh spices and herbs find their way into the weekly varying dishes. The cuisine aims to be wholesome, varied, and individual, taking your individual wishes into account – from gluten intolerances to personal preferences, including vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

On warm evenings, the ma maison restaurant in Dömitz treats its guests to delicacies and selected French wines on the terrace in the lovingly designed courtyard.
